Client expenses – Payment services operations
The order EHA/1608/1010, from the 14th of June, establishes that the transparency of payment services will be regulated exclusively by said order and by the Law 16/2009, and not by the Order from the 12th of December of 1989. For this reason, this Epigraph is not subject to the Bank of Spain’s verification.
These prices are maximum in nature, commissions higher than those indicated in the corresponding epigraphs not being able to be applied, being of application to the totality of clientele.
